There's A New 50% Tariff On Canadian Canoes In Effect

As of October 30th, 2026 a new set of tariffs under Section 338 of the Tariff Act of 1930 have now imposed a 50% tariff on canoes of a length not over 7.5m (24ft) when imported to the U.S. from Canada.
