Backcountry Custom Canoes Partners With Ashes Stillwater Boats

Backcountry Custom Canoes is pleased to announce a new partnership with Ashes Stillwater Boats.

Ashes Stillwater Boats an established provider of modern lightweight wood strip canoes, kayaks and building plans has granted exclusive rights to custom built boats designed by Ashes Stillwater Boats to Backcountry Custom Canoes for Ontario and Quebec.

The new line of custom boats will be added to Backcountry Custom Canoes current line of durable ultra-light skin on frame canoes and will be marketed as Ashes Stillwater Boats by Backcountry Custom Canoes. The expanded line-up will provide Backcountry Custom Canoes customers with a broad range of choices in quality high performance wood boats.

The collaboration between Backcountry Custom Canoes and Ashes Stillwater Boats will include a range of fuselage frame Kayaks available as plans, kits and completed boats expected to be available in late 2018 in time for the winter building season.
