In September of 2018, I paddled Eastern Quebec's Bonaventure River. Water levels were extremely low, leading to bony, technical runs instead of the pushy waters this river is known for. However, the amazingly clear waters remained! This was a short trip as I was in the region to compete in Raid Raid International Gaspésie, a 4 day, 300km staged adventure race.
