The Trans Canada Trail (the world's longest multi-use trail system, stretching over 28,000 km, connecting Canada's coastlines and every province/territory) is looking to understand the current landscape of trails in Canada, including challenges and opportunities in management and usage.

To learn more, they have launched the State of the Trail Sector Research Study, which is open to everyone to take part in. The anonymous survey takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete and will gather insights to support future trail planning and policy, with findings set to inform sustainable trail development nationwide.
