We are excited to announce the release of a newish model of tandem canoe called the “Siscowet”. The Siscowet is named after the subspecies of lake trout found exclusively in the deep water of Lake Superior. Like it namesake this model is based off the highly successful Laker tripping canoe platform but has a more robust construction and a slightly rounder shape. Capable of handing big water with confidence, the Siscowet is a serious fast tripping boat and is available in 17’ and 18’ lengths and in cherry/red cedar (pictured here) or ash / red cedar construction.
