You Can Reserve A Campsite At Yoho's Lake Lake O'Hara Online In 2020
Parks Canada is changing the way you can reserve a campsite at Yoho National Park’s Lake O’Hara starting January 24th, 2020. Previously you could call and reserve a site, but now the proper way to do it will be through their online reservation service. Beginning at 8:00 a.m. MST the entire overnight camping season (June 19 – October 3, 2020) will be available to reserve on a first-come first-serve reservation model.
“We’ve heard from Canadians and visitors that when booking their site through the phone system, most people would just get a busy signal because someone was already on the line speaking to the one individual who is taking reservations. So this will remove the busy signal and folks will know when the campground is full.”
