Nike+ GPS was updated to 3.4 on the weekend which adds the ability to "journal your workouts and get cheered on from friends in Path, the smart journal of your life".

Nike+GPS is a run tracking app that costs $1.99 to purchase and requires an iPhone or iPod Touch that is running iOS 4.0 or higher.
