Save the Bicycle Lane on Jarvis Street in Toronto

Toronto City Council were debating until 8 p.m. last night to figure out what to do with the bicycle lane on Jarvis Street in Toronto and will continue this morning at 8:30 a.m. The bicycle lane, which is only a year old and had to pass many hurdles to be implimented (including it's $70,000 price tag), is slated to be removed at a cost of around $200,000.

There is a petition for you to sign, you can phone or e-mail the Toronto Mayor (Rob Ford: 416-397-FORD mayor_ford@toronto.ca) and don't forget to attend the meeting this morning.
