Recall: Coleman Converta Camping Suspension Stretcher

Health Canada has issued a voluntary recall on the Coleman Converta Camping Suspension Stretcher due to a laceration and Amputation Hazard. There is a chance of finger injuries when adjusting the reclining angle.

To see if yours is part of the recall, check the hang tag attached to the frame and look for model number: 2000020290.

As of June 23, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidence or injury in Canada. In the United States, the company has received seven reports of the seatback adjustment mechanism pinching consumers’ fingers including two reports of fractured fingers.
