Friends Of Killarney Commits $10,000 To Backcountry Infrastructure

Each year the Friends of Killarney Park do some incredible work to help and support Killarney Provincial Park here in Ontario and this year is no different. Amongst numerous projects, they have pledged $10,000 in funding to the Killarney’s backcountry infrastructure…

• This project will help the Killarney Backcountry Program achieve and surpass its operational standards related to backcountry infrastructure and customer service delivery by procuring additional P3 (aka, Thunderboxes) for backcountry campsites and flight services to deliver the supplies into remote backcountry areas.

• This should allow the park to purchase 20 P3 toilets.
