MEC Has Some Fun Free Camping Events In July

MEC is celebrating camping this July by hosting three free events in-store…

• MEC Vancouver: July 15th – 16th, 2023 - 11 a.m. – 3p.m.

• MEC Calgary: July 22nd, 2023 - 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. 

• MEC Toronto: July 29th – 30th, 2023 - 11a.m. – 3 p.m.

Each event will offer…

• S’mores station to grab a sweet treat

• Free iron-on patches for backpacks (bring your own pack or buy one in-store), courtesy of the WKNDRS

• Gear and info booths to learn about camp necessities from MSR, Nemo and the L.A. Foundation (booths vary by location)

• Camp bingo for your chance to win a camp prize pack

• Drinks from Athletic Brewing

There is also a fun ‘camp bingo’ event with the chance to win a grand prize pack (an MEC tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad and camp chair) or MEC Label prize pack.
