A Walk With Kirk at The Canadian Canoe Museum

Kirk Wipper was born in Manitoba and lived quite an adventurous life as detailed by the new exhibit at the Canadian Canoe MuseumA Walk With Kirk opened last night to a large crowd who was curious to learn more about the man who helped launch the museum itself.

A complete timeline of Kirk's life (1923- 2011) spanned the new exhibit covering his birth, the years growing up, time spent serving with the Royal Canadian Navy during the Second World War, his Kanawa International Museum of Canoes and Kayaks and the creation and opening of The Canadian Canoe Museum.
