The North Face Yorkdale Opens Today
As part of Yorkdale's new 145,000 square foot retail expansion, The North Face is opening a brand new store today.
This 6,000 square foot store gives you lots of room to explore the different products.
There are a lot of natural elements to the store such as the wood on the front of the counter.
Accents such as the Yosemite Valley topography map (which in turn is the inspiration for the logo for The North Face) add to the uniqueness of the store.
Hot items this year include the Women's Arctic Parka and the Men's Gotham Jacket.
Also check out the eTip glove (available in a lot of sizes and colours) which lets you use your smartphone without removing your gloves.
Clothing that ranges encompasses everything from trendy, to practical for the outdoors enthusiast. The Men's Shaffle Jacket is a prime example of such an item that will keep you warm as you walk to work and the wind blows through the city, or is highly compressible due to it's down insulation for outdoor hikes or snowshoeing.
The Women's Iceflare Mid GTX (available for Men too) is a waterproof, performance-oriented boot with insulation for the upcoming Winter season.
There are plenty of different styles of hoodies to choose from such as the Men's Certified Logo Pullover or the Women's Half Dome Hoodie.
The new GoPro Hero 3s are are the store as well.
