Overnight & Backcountry Camping In Ontario To Reopen June 11th

It was only a matter of time once Ontario’s lockdown ended on June 2nd, and now Ontario Parks will re-open overnight and backcountry camping as of Friday, June 11th, 2021. This is Step One of the Roadmap to Reopening set out by the Government of Ontario.

Based on current trends in key health indicators, including the provincial vaccination rate, we will enter step one of the roadmap on Friday, June 11, 2021 at 12:01 a.m..

This means you can book your stay, arriving this Friday.
