Hilleberg Announces Solo Bug Tent

Swedish tent maker Hilleberg has unveiled the Mesh Tent 1 which provides a solo backcountry camper relief from insects. While it comes with no poles, its classic ridge-tent design has supports to tie it to trees, hiking poles, branches or paddles. It has a sewn-in floor and the entire tent is very light weighing only 410 g/15 oz. Combine it with a tarp for rainy conditions and you have a minimal warm-weather insect shelter solution.
