Therm-a-Rest Treo Chair Service Alert
If you bought a Therm-a-Rest Treo Chair that was manufactured in early 2015, some experienced an issue with the ferrule (the thinner silver portion at the tip of the front poles) which may loosen and slip into the larger, black pole section. When this occurs, the front poles no longer fit into the chair base. If you have this issue, simply e-mail Cascade Designs and they will ship you two new poles (the rear poles didn't have this issue).
There is now a ridge along the edge of the ferrule where it meets the black pole section, creating a mechanical stop (as shown on the bottom pole).
