The Ottawa Outdoor & Adventure Travel Show was hopping all day on Saturday with plenty to see. If you get a chance to pop in on Sunday (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.), make sure to enter into the draw at the entrance to the show.

Colin and Julie Angus gave an excellent slideshow from their trips including their human-powered trek around the world.

Becky Mason showed off her paddling skills with ease in the pool. If you are interested in learning how to control your canoe better, check out her DVD.

Kevin Callan should have thought twice before picking Colin Angus as a canoe partner for the paddling demo.

Kevin also released his newest book, The New Trailside Cookbook while showing off samples of dehydrated food.

Scads of Eureka tents were brought to the show thanks to Le Baron. Almost one of each line of their tents is on display, from solo tents to multi-person tents suitable for the whole family.

Check out the 2013 line of shirts from Northern Park Apparel and don't forget to chat with the two cool dudes who run it. Their new cycling shirt is a hit!

Pick up the new Ontario Travel calendar and swipe through their iPad to see travel destinations all within our beautiful province.

Standup Paddleboard Yoga with Harmony Dawn. Amazingly fluid techniques for such an environment.

Altitude Gym's rock wall was show no mercy from "kids" of all ages (and footwear).

We didn't even get a chance to say "hi" to Bill at Ostrom as the booth was packed all day. If you're looking for a canoe pack, or a barrel harness, this is the place to get one.

We had a quick chat with Graham at Paddle Canada about the upcoming National Paddling Week. Be sure to visit the website and take part in an event near you (and spread the word).

Dustin was showing off Survival Steel at the MyCoolGadgets booth.
