#Balzac Billy doesn't see his shadow in Balzac, Alberta. That means early spring. Joins Shubenacadie Sam in positive forecast. #GroundhogDay

Manitoba's Winnipeg Willow and Manitoba Merv also predicted an early Spring. It looks like Eastern & Western Canada will be able to get out hiking early, while Ontario will just have to keep the snowshoes on a little longer.
